Our school's number one focus is outdoor, free play. Our regular day may consist of extremely messy play, including mud, paint, water, slime, and more. All of these tactile sensory materials are enormously beneficial to children, and we encourage it. All children are required to wear clothing that can be stained and torn. Do you own this type of clothing, and do you agree to send your children in it? *

Class is held outdoors in all seasons when temperature (with wind chill) is over 10 degrees F. We do relocate to our indoor space for full, or partial mornings, when the temperature is in the teens, or particularly uncomfortable. Parent is responsible for following the cold weather gear guide to prepare their child. *

We believe in risky play such as tree climbing, rough play, sledding, running, and more. Risky play has been proven to be beneficial to children in a multitude of ways. We allow this kind of play and will "spot" children when necessary. Our school will not be held liable for injuries resulting from normal, yet risky play. *
